Dave and Cheryl are co-founders of The SUMMIT, LLC whose passion and
mission is to journey with and resource leaders and churches to discover
and live out the purpose of their journey. Prior to The SUMMIT, they have been in
full time ministry for thirty-two years including twelve years in the pastorate, fourteen
years as denominational leaders with The Salvation Army and four years with
Church Resource Ministries.

Dave's experience has led him to hundreds of leaders and churches
and church plants in order to maximize their greatest potential.
He is a certified in Natural Church Development and holds a degree
in Church Organizational Management. He pastored three churches,
served as Director of Youth Ministries for the state of New Jersey, and
Director of Church Growth and Evangelism for his denomination giving
leadership and influence over 500 churches in the North East. Dave's
expertise is in his keen listening skills, intuitive thinking and processing
in order to help move leaders and churches to the next phase of their
development. Dave is a Naturalist at heart and hears from God most
clearly in the outdoors. His personal resume includes hiking the 48-
4,000 footers of New Hampshire, running the Boston Marathon and
shooting a 714 lb. Moose. You will often find Dave hiking a mountain,
kayaking, golfing or hunting with his sons and brothers.

Cheryl's passion and holy discontent is to see men and women,
leaders and churches moving towards spiritual maturation. She
is an ordained minister who along with Dave, led three churches
as pastors, served as Directors of Youth Ministries for the state
of New Jersey, served as Director of Leader Development for their
denomination. Cheryl coaches and mentors professional and business
women, lay leaders, pastors wives and married couples. You will
often see her finding sacred space to rejuvenate her interior life.
She holds a Masters degree in Bible, is a Bible history addict and
loves to daily study the Word. Cheryl lives in Maine with her
husband and bird dog Jackson. They have two sons, a daughter
in law and two grandchildren.
